Cozy Bee Studio ("we", "us") creates personalized children's storybooks. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights over it. We are the data controller for the information described below.

What we collect

• Account data — when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile photo.
• Order data — items purchased, chosen options (e.g. cover, size), and the email and shipping address you provide at checkout.
• Personalization content — the child's name, age, dedication and the photo(s) you send us so we can create your book.
• Payment data — processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Usage data — basic technical logs (e.g. pages visited) to keep the site working.

How we use it

• To create, print and ship your personalized book.
• To process payments and send order-related emails.
• To provide your account and order history.
• To improve and secure our website.

The child's photo is used solely to produce your book. We do not use it for advertising or share it publicly without your explicit consent.

Who we share it with

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Google / Firebase — sign-in and hosting infrastructure.
• Gelato — our print-on-demand partner for physical books.
• Etsy — only if you choose to order via our Etsy shop, under Etsy's own policies.

We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

We keep order records as required for accounting and tax. Personalization photos are deleted once your order is fulfilled and any reprint window has passed, unless you ask us to keep them for future editions.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
